Well I did it. I finally did it. I told my dad I was going to UCLA no matter what he said and then he called me ungrateful and I called him a dream killer and then there was some shouting and I left. Or he told me to get out. I'm not sure.
Is it okay if I stay here a while? And Sid too? I think I have enough from my allowance to afford a motel for a few nights but I watched a special on them once and you wouldn't believe the kinds of things they find in them. Ugh.

Well since you're all under house arrest, I thought I might come over with some food and board games. Because trust me, Monopoly and snickerdoodles are a god send when you're stuck inside at summer camp because it's raining outside and there's no internet. Although I guess you guys have the internet and the rain is more like creepy kidnappers but I think it still applies.
And I'm going to pray very hard for all your friends to come home safe. Which I'm sure they will.

I got into the music programme at UCLA but my dad wants me to go to Notre Dame. And I guess it's not like I can major in vocal arts anymore but... Notre Dame. I know it's supposed to be a good school but they still have nuns there.

It feels so weird introducing myself online like this. My dad doesn't really like me going in internet chatrooms or using MySpace or anything but I'm pretty sure none of you are creepy old men. I like to think I'm a good judge of character.
So hi, I'm Lani. I go to school with Terry and... probably a few other people? I know I've seen some of you at the X-Factor meetings but I'm still trying to remember everyone's names. I think there's a Sally? Do you all go to Santa Monica High? I went to St.Monica's until a few weeks ago but I don't think there were any mutants there. Or if there were they kept it quiet I guess. People were pretty up in arms about the angel mutant and what that meant.
Oh and I love the mistletoe you guys have up everywhere! Though I guess I'm going to have to start carrying chapstick for when I visit. I don't think the boys would appreciate my glitter pink lipgloss. Although it does taste like strawberries, which might soften the blow?
